    Do we finish all sets of each move of theses before moving on to the next? Or perform them in a circuit?

    Because I had to eat 4oz of chicken with my post workout shake to get all my protein in for the day.

    I weight train at night, sometimes close to my bedtime. Should I not be including the banana in my shake if I will be drinking it right before bed? And is it okay to consume 50g of protein in a sitting, or is that just wasting the protein? I’ve heard that your body cannot proceed that much protein at once.

    I make hard boiled eggs. Then I just make the oatmeal with stevia and cinnamon. But the pancakes would be a nice alternative to try!

    Let me know how it works out for you and what you subbed. I’m modifying all of the gym machines for bands and free weights as I am working out at home. It’s always nice to see what others do!
