Hi Nicole! For next year maybe we could find a gym in NJ or NYC to host a retreat? It would be great to have the camp experience and then get to hang on Saturday night!!

    Thanks!

I have a random question about the Olympia Challenge- I am a member of the site, but I didnt sign up for the 12 week challenge because I was unable to commit to it at the time. Will Nicole ever sell her challenges? Maybe in an E book form? I would like to have that material and to do the challenge on my own when time permits.

    Thank you,
    Jenny

Hi Nicole. I was wondering- since you have already conquered the world of figure, would you ever consider moving to Physique? You look amazing and def have what it takes to pull it off in that category. I think you would give those girls a real run for their money.

    Thanks,
    Jenny

Hey Nicole. This is a little off topic but bear with me. I had a conversation with my mother the other day and she went on and on about how much she hates muscles on women. She pointed out how “big/fat” my arms look since I have been lifting and asked why I want to look like a man. I love lifting and my little muscles. I work hard-lifting heavy and killing it in the gym to get what muscles I have. Lifting has made such a positive change in my life. It got me into the gym again. I showed her pictures of you and told her about my dream to one day maybe compete in a show. She saw your pics and said “You’ll never look like that- She’s tiny!!” I was very hurt by her words and momentarily discouraged. I realize she doesn’t get it- but she could’ve kept that to herself. I feel like I am doing this great thing, and she shot it down in seconds.

Have you ever had any issues like that within your family? Have you ever had any problems when you were single with meeting men due to your physique and your 24/7 commitment to this lifestyle?

    Thank you.

Grill it! I have an amazing grill pan from All Clad. Nicole uses it in her food videos. It’s amazing nothing sticks to it and everything cooks up nice and crispy. I got it on Amazon for under $100. Very good investment. You can cook anything on their steak, chicken, fish, etc. it’s great.

I got the most amazing grill pan that Nicole uses in her food prep videos. It was a small investment but one of the best kitchen tools I have ever bought. It is the long (2 burner) grill pan from ALL CLAD. Fish, chicken,beef- anything is amazing on this pan and there is virtually NO CLEAN UP!! I have had cheaper pans in the past and you wind up cleaning them for hours after you use them- NOT THIS ONE! You can wipe it with a paper towel and it all comes off. Then I hand wash it. I believe it was on Amazon for $80 or 100… LOVE IT.They also make a matching griddle I “need”. Lol!

Hi there!! I have been wondering about this for awhile and I finally decided to ask… Now that you have conquered the figure category, would you ever consider moving up to Physique? Also- will you ever sell your phatcamp clothes on this site? I would also LOVE it if you had hoodies!!

    Thanks!

Thanks Naomi! This actually answers a question I asked earlier. It seems as long as we hit our macros each day and log it into MFP, we’ll be good. Not sure if I am doing all the small meals or 4-5 bigger ones. But it seems ok as long as the macros all match up at the end of day. I am excited to start Monday. Never did a building phase before. This will be interesting!

In case you have a gluten issue- I am very gluten sensitive and this is the ONLY bread I can eat and not get sick. It is made from sprouted grains and doesnt have the crap in it that commercial bread does. Hope that helps!

GLittle nervous about the next challenge. Still have to register. I lost weight on the 30 day challenge and still have more body fat to go. I’m worried about the first phase of the new challenge. It’s focused on muscle building which I love, but I’m afraid to put weight on during the process. My goals are to put on more muscle and lose body fat. I don’t know if this specific challenge is for people that still have weight to lose? It seems that phase 1 is building in phase 2 is cutting. I have never done of building/bulking phase before-I’ve always concentrated on weight loss. I’ve been on 30 day challenge nutrition plan since the challenge ended so maybe the building phase will jumpstart the metabolism? Ty. ?

OMG!! Thank you Nicole!! It is amazing that you are getting us all set up for after this challenge!!! This is so great!! I love this program and I will stay on it till I lose the rest of my body fat. THANK YOU for being so available to us and supportive. One of my dreams for the past few years was to have YOU as my trainer, and here we are. This experience has been everything to me. <3

Hi there. If I get through the whole day and there are calories (macros) left over, is it better to eat SOMETHING to meet the # of macros or can I just go bed? I dont want my body to hold on to fat because I didnt make my macros. For example, I had 200 or so calories left for tonight…??

    Thanks.

Hi there. After week 1 I am sore and I think thats a good thing. Ive been doing my own routine for so long I was never sore. Even though I kept increasing the weight. I guess mixing it up with all these new exercises has my body guessing. I love the workouts- its just funny that Im always running around the gym from exercise to exercise. Im used to staying in one spot to do all my arm and shoulder stufff with the free weights- but with these new splits- its a few tricep things then a few chest, then back to tris and shoulders.. Def getting familiar with new ways to lift and new ways to work the muscles.
Starting week 2 today because I want leg day done WAY BEFORE phat camp on Friday!!! Seee you there. Have a safe flight!!

    Jenny
