    Hardboiled egg in a mason jar 1/4 filled with water. Lid on- shake. It comes right off!

    I made it- because we get chicken and we get salsa. Lol. I also add lime juice, my own taco seasoningI and cilantro…SO good! It infuses the chicken so nicely and gives it such flavor! Hope it’s ok… Lol.

    Did fasted cardio @6am. Going 3.5 at level 10 was no joke! Burned a ton of calories! Now off to class and then back to the gym to lift at 9 PM! we got this!!!

    Very excited and nervous to start! Before pics were rough too take. Even though I have been lifting heavy like crazy- theres alot of work to do! Hopefully tuning in the nutrition and getting back on the cardio train will help me cut body fat. Good Luck to all. Glad we are all in this together for the support!

    Hey Nicole- I have a crazy schedule and I am not sure how to space out the meals. I want to do fasted cardio in the early am, around 6 and then I work 8-4. Then Im in grad school 6-9 at night. I do weights at night at 9, 930. I want to have energy to lift- so should I switch meal 4 and 5 so I have carbs to lift? Then the shake after weights as last meal?

    Hey Nicole! Love your wall. Allan did an amazing job! Can’t wait to see the new gold one on there in September! I am now in the gym at least 4-5x a week. I am doing Upper body (bi/tri/shoulders) twice a week, legs/glutes once, and chest/back once a week. I do cardio after I lift. I need to burn off significant body fat but don’t want to lose the muscle I am putting on. I’m actually seeing definition in my shoulders, traps and arms!! Is it dangerous to do HIIT on the treadmill for 10-15 minutes all the days I train? Or do you think I need to add steady state cardio sessions (running, step mill) for 30-45 minutes a few times a week? Is my lifting split ok?

    I am going to Vegas in 3 weeks. What can I do to ramp up workouts and lose as much body fat as possible before I go away? (I am using myfitnesspal to track macros. I used an online site to calculate macros and it said I should be around 1738 calories (P154/C128/F68) That seems so high for me. I’m only hitting around 1400 calories anyway…Help!

    Hi Nicole! Hope Australia was good to you!! I am going on vacation to Vegas in about 11 weeks. I lift heavy (3x week, two upper one lower) and do cardio (steady state and HIIT) but I still have body fat to lose. What’s the most effective way to take off as much fat as I can before I go away? (More days of steady state cardio? Added HIIT? More of a split when lifting?) thank you!!

    Hi Nicole! I have been lifting heavy doing (2) upper body and (1) lower body each week and cardio. (HIIT, Tabata, stepmill). I have been seeing gains. However, I am looking to commit to a 4-5 day split of weight training (bi/Tri, chest/back, etc). I love lifting heavy and want to build muscle and see definition. I also have significant body fat to lose. A friend of mine said I am slowing my progress by using my split method and I should be doing total body weight training every other day (2-3 hours total). Who is right?? Lol.

    Crazy excited!!! All signed up for PhatCamp PA in November!!! Booked the hotel and all!! Who else is coming?? So far I am coming alone but I am talking to some friends to see if they want to come. Didnt want to wait for them to make up their minds and miss my spot! So happy there is FINALLY an East Coast Camp!! Thanks Nicole. Can’t wait to finally meet you in person!!
