ParticipantI’m an accountant – please note that sometimes you won’t get to “0” calories and macros either way due to rounding : )

ParticipantI’m with you all – looking for plans to continue!!

ParticipantI’ve been using MFP for years and I had it set about 1750 for the past several months (though there was more often than not a glass or two of wine in there – which just *might* be how I got this voluptuous figure!) Macros were definitely different, hitting about 50% carbs, 25% fat/protein. That was without exercise too, which kept my weight and mass percentages consistent.

ParticipantAfter meal 1 at 8am, I’m not actually hungry until about 1pm. Even today, it’s 4pm and I’ve only had meals 1, 2 and 3 minus the carbs. I end up trying to get everything in at the end of the eve (usually eat dinner/meal 4 at 8pm) and go to bed overfull with reflux.

ParticipantBreece, I use Bodylogix Protein powder available at Walgreens or Amazon. It’s grass fed, sweetened with Stevia, 24g protein per scoop, and fits the other macros suggested (3carbs, 2 fat). Comes in chocolate and vanilla. For the mid-morning shake I mix it with coffee for a lovely caffe’ mocha!

ParticipantNever mind, I see it answered elsewhere. On another note, I can’t edit or delete this post – why is that?

Thanks Jessica – that explains a lot! Wasn’t clear to me…

ParticipantI’m having the same problem today but I’m under by 400 calories! It’s 29g carbs, 8g fat and 43g protein. I’ve been using MFP for a long time and am very careful about choosing foods so they’re either verified or at least average and make sense. The only thing I’m not using are the almond milk from meals 1&2, which constitute maybe 60 calories. I’ve made food swaps, but made sure they’re macro equivalents. I don’t have exercise calories entered. How can I be so far off and what do I do about it?

ParticipantIs there any recommendations for the Grass fed whey protein powder?
Walgreens carries a fantastic brand called Bodylogix in vanilla and chocolate. It’s $30 at Walgreens and $23 through Amazon. Even the packaging is eco friendly. I haven’t looked yet, but imagine Costco & Sam’s have options too.

ParticipantChristina, I’m 5’11” and 184 at the moment. I’m doing meal plan 3 – it seems quite sufficient based on all my BMR calculations. (bodybuilding.com has some great calculators)
