Other participants can’t fix the problem. So while I was curious if it was just me, I would have thought a member of the team would have responded because it’s a technical issue.
casie lovingerParticipantCrickets. That’s service.
casie lovingerParticipantWhat I’ve learned over time is don’t overthink it. Obviously they will hopefully get back to you on your question, but workouts aren’t an exact science and that’s why there’s so many different workout combinations. Either way, as long as you’re consistent, you will be successful.
casie lovingerParticipantThanks. That’s what I thought the plank drag would be, but there’s also plank drags where you walk forward with your plank and pull a sandbag. Didn’t know if there was a version of that one with a dumbbell. my assumption on the fast feet dumbbell catches that you take a light dumbbell and carefully toss it hand to hand while you’re tapping your feet, but unclear. that being said, I know it doesn’t 100% matter, just keep moving. But I am always curious as to what Nicole was intending.
casie lovingerParticipantMy assumption was that this one was as many reps as possible in those 60 seconds where is the others are as many rounds as possible in five minutes.
casie lovingerParticipantI was wondering the same thing, but I think it would be the equivalent. Most sweet potatoes in the US are yams, and that’s listed as 4 ounces.
casie lovingerParticipantAs far as I can tell, you are correct, anybody eating two pieces of toast is incorrect. It’s two servings so you eat exactly half of everything.
casie lovingerParticipantPhase 2 plans
casie lovingerParticipantThank you
casie lovingerParticipantIt’s alotta ricotta to fit on one piece of toast. Tomorrow I will mix the berries, chia and honey in and dip the toast
casie lovingerParticipantThank you, Danielle
casie lovingerParticipantDanielle, what video? The only video I see is the demonstration of the actual exercise.
