    Hi Nicole,

    Would you mind giving us a run down of all of the equipment you have in your garage gym including how heavy you can go with a barbell/dumbells in your home set up? What cardio equipment do you have for home use? Any other must haves? I have a pretty decent home gym and split my time between gym/home workouts but I’d love to be a fly on the wall in yours and see what you’re working with or what you recommend! Thanks!

    I use Intek whey protein isolate. 28g protein, no added sugar, stevia, grass fed.

    Thanks for the link to the videos! I’ll be doing workouts in my home gym and at my health club and even with both I still don’t have access to certain machines. Super helpful!
