Yes, this really helps! I think it will be better not doing my cardio right after my weight training sessions. That way I can go home, eat and do my cardio on the precor. 🙂 I really need to improve my endurance…:/

For the hiit days, are we just working to get our hr to be between 120-150? I do sprints– 30 on, 1 min walk for 15 rounds. Would that be good enough to see results?
I use a whey protein by antler farms that I love! No artificial flavors, uses stevia as a sweetener, has a great amino acid profile and has 26g of protein. You can find it on amazon. I hope that helps! ????
