    If you do decide for a protein bar the Oh! Yeah ONE bars are very tasty.

    Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) usually strike the worst on day 2 after a work out. Maybe it’s coming for you still?

    I have had that problem before too. My guess is maybe I am already pretty strong/supported in that area or maybe I am not pushing myself hard enough (ie: I need to up my weight)
