ParticipantGreat thread! Any tip on bulk cooking the fried rice? I think I may have done it wrong ? I measured enough for 5 portions and cooked according to recipe, then measured equal portions of the mixture into my containers, BUT there is no guarantee that each portion has equivalent amounts of each ingredient ? What did you all do??

ParticipantMine turned out DELISH! I put all ingredients in blender to make the batter and cooked just one large pancake in a cast iron skillet. Topped with the *optional almond butter and Walden Farms syrup. MMMM MMMMM GOOD!!

ParticipantThanks Naomi, but that still doesn’t make sense. I thought that the cardio for Phase 1 was 30 minutes? This would add up to about 75 minutes for the entire workout… which is fine, but I just want to make sure I am not missing something? Thank you!

ParticipantThanks Rebecca! It actually worked out MUCH better than I had anticipated. I did basically the same thing! The only thing I may do differently is grab two dumbbells instead of 1. Talk about a sweat fest! No stink eyes in sight… at least not that I noticed or cared 🙂
