    Therefore, on the days I workout, I have 4 meals “plus” the post workout meal & 4 meals on the other days?

    Thank you for a quick response.
    Can the “off days” be changed to different days, ie, off Tuesdays & Sundays? Is any Cardio done on the off days, (what is the max # of days cardio should/can be done)

    I just renewed my membership but when I try to access workout/videos it tells me that I will not have access to them until 01/07/17. Please explains and HELP ME TO GET ACCESS SOONER!
