Can the “off days” be changed to different days, ie, off Tuesdays & Sundays? Is any Cardio done on the off days, (what is the max # of days cardio should/can be done)
I notice that salmon is one of the foods used in the SS Challenge, but there is no recipe for how it should be prepared. How much & how should it be prepared?
I just renewed my membership but when I try to access workout/videos it tells me that I will not have access to them until 01/07/17. Please explains and HELP ME TO GET ACCESS SOONER!
