After being a member for almost a year and really absorbing everything you’ve had to say about fitness, nutrition and body image, I was wondering if you had ever considered putting yourself up for a Ted Talk. I have gotten so much positive information from you regarding setting realistic goals and timelines for weight loss as well as how to simply pace yourself and not expect too much too fast or compare yourself to unrealistic ideals of how women should be. I would love to see you reach a wider audience/broader audience. I’m so grateful for everything I learn here on your sight.
