    Hi Maureen
    Thank you for getting abck to me I understand those examples but I was referring to the Mount Sweatmore Treadmill workout in this B&G 2025 challenge if I follow exactly how it is written it puts me in Zone 3 and 4 so to make it more of a LISS workout how would you motify the program for minutes speed and incli

    Hi Angie thank you for the hint I did end up writing them all out on separate sheets it’s just a pain in the poodle it’d be nicer if a sheet could be made for each workout that has all the weeks on it so you can see what you use last all in one glance and how you’ve gotten stronger I love Mondays workout this challenge is gonna be great thanks for replying have a good day 🤗
