ParticipantGooey here too. I made mine last night hoping that would be enough time in the fridge…not so much. I wound up just mixing it into my yogurt, it was pretty good! I’m anxious to hear how they bake, that sounds delicious!

ParticipantGood morning! Do we have a post workout meal after our Total Body Cardio Acceleration? I know post workout meals are only for “weight training” days, not sure if the TBCA is considered a weight training day or not. TIA
Whoops! Just found my answer in another post. Thanks!

ParticipantI came up short as well. I think the # of intervals is supposed to be 30…unless I’m missing something too!!
I came up short as well. I think you’re right Trudy, it should be 30.
Also, does anyone know if we have our post workout meal after our accelerated cardio? I know it’s only supposed to be on strength training days…there was strength training in there but I feel it was mostly cardio.

ParticipantHi! I’m from Michigan as well. I was totally looking for it in the refrigerated section as well LOL. I found mine at Fresh Thyme.

ParticipantIs it a 1/2 cup prepared or measured out dry, like the oatmeal in phase 1?
I sure hope it’s like the oatmeal, because I ate it ALL! LOL

ParticipantI have to say…I am on meal plan 3 and I thought it was a lot of food and I wasn’t hungry at all, I almost thought it was too much…then day 3 I woke up starving. Not sure how that happened but Ive been a little hungry all the time since then. I am sure it will kick in for you too!
Me too Wendy! On day one, I was like holy CRAP this is a lot of food! Same on the second day. Then all of a sudden BAM! I’m constantly looking at the clock to see if it’s time to eat again. LOL In the mean time, I just suck down the water. I’m fairly certain I burn most of my calories running back and forth to the bathroom! HA!

ParticipantHi! My name is Cheri, I’m 46 years old, from Plymouth MI. I’m a wife & mom of two gorgeous, busy, hockey playing, teenage boys, and also work part-time as a lab/dental assistant.
I had been working out faithfully for the last couple of years but this last year proved to be difficult as I was dealing with a torn rotator cuff. With the help of cortizone shots, I was able to power through my works so I could step WAY out of my comfort zone and walk across the stage at a (an unofficial) physique competition in July (a goal I set back in January). After it was over I couldn’t stand the pain anymore and wound up having surgery in September. Not only did they repair my rotator cuff, but a torn bicep & some bone spurs as well. I had a set back in my recovery which was extremely depressing, so needless to say, almost four months later, I’ve lost every bit of definition I had and found some extra pounds along the way.
One of my goals is to someday enter in a professional competition EEEK! I know with the support of Nicole & all of you, I will do it! I am more than ready to begin this Transformation Challenge!
Good luck everybody! I believe in each and everyone of you!
