    Hi everyone. I live in Townsville, North Queensland, Australia. I’m a Manager at James Cook University, so I sit all day.
    I’m 45 with 3 boys 15, 19 and 21 ?
    2nd day done and my everything hurts….. In a good way? Bring on day three! ??????
