I understand the superset. I understand different reps per weeks. I understand it drop set.

It still does not make sense.

so do you do squat 10/10/10
    calf

repeat 3x. so in essence you do doing 30 reps of squat each set?

Still does not make sense to me.
says 10/10/10 which means 10 reps corrects?
I thought drop sets were you went to failure but this has a rep count.

    In the PDF it says

    Performing two or
    more sets back-to-back with no
    rest in between, decreasing the
    amount the weight with each
“drop”. Start with a heavy weight –
one you can do for the number of
reps listed – and reach failure with
    that weight. Then “drop”
    (decrease) the amount of weight
    you are using and immediately
    perform another set. Once you
reach the listed number of reps
    and reach failure that weight,
“drop” the weight one more time
and perform one more set with
    that lighter weight.

Doesn’t make sense to follow a plan for 5 6 when Im 5 4. But nowhere near 150 lbs.

Im 5 4. Over way over 150 pounds. So which do I follow. Anything over 150 pounds has a height oh 5 6 which seems way too much.

yes but there are no meal plans for 5’4 AND over 150 pounds. Maybe I am too fat for the challenge lol
There is 5’6 and over 150 pounds
