So, I’m doing them on my knees and going slow plus adding a burn out pump at the end of each set. Any other recommendations?

It took me a few challenges and listening to the instructions that Nicole posts. I would also imagine that Android and iPhones may be different. (maybe .. idk) I have an android. I open the eBook and DOWNLOAD IT. Then on my phone, I go to my “My Files” then “Downloads” hold down the file to select it and on my Android, once it’s selected, i have to click the bottom right three dots… “MORE” and then “ADD TO HOME SCREEN.” This allows me to pull up the workout on my phone and if I need a refresher on the exercise or want to look at form, I can click the exercise and watch a demo. Then I can go back to the workout page.
I hope this is helpful. 🙂

    Thank you, Naomi.
I always wonder if the rules change after a woman’s periods stop and we’re in official the Post-Menopausal stage. In the past year or two, (since my periods have stopped), I’m doing the same things that I did before but my weight is now creeping up…(+10 lbs.) with no significant change in diet / workout routine. I’ve been eating the same and working out the same. I usually follow the 80/20 rule. Eat unprocessed / clean for most of my meals, but occasionally, i’ll have a cheat meal (pizza with the family). That doesn’t seem to work anymore. I feel like I have to eat and stay on a strict plan forever in order to maintain. — I’m just ranting. I will do this challenge with 100% compliance with nutrition and workouts and let’s see what happens. 🙂 Thank you . CW

Thanks, Maureen! I took your advice. A little longer warmup and rolling it out has helped!!!
Now… another nagging injury has reared its ugly head! MENISCUS repair in March! I may go back to ortho and may get some sort of gel injection. He said I’ll probably need knee replacement one day (I’m 56) I started crying!!! Anyway… I guess I can work upper body and glutes, but doctor doesn’t want me to do any deep squats or lunges or single leg exercises, or. Step ups, etc. This is so so frustrating. I try to go 100%!! But my knee won’t let me. At least I’ve worked through my elbow tendinitis. I don’t do any pull ups or KB Swings and watch anything that puts too much strain on that muscle.
Anyway….thanks for your great advice about my quad! Now let’s see what doctor says about my knee. Fingers crossed. Hoping for a non surgical solution. Thanks! -Cindy

So I should use non-fat cottage cheese? The food exchange list says LP cottage cheese is supposed to be low fat.

But I’m not seeing it in any of my meals. (Meal plan #1) Maybe it’s in one of the other plans.
