Omg, the HIIT has been hard for me!! I haven’t been doing any regular cardio for a few years. My inner thighs were shocked by the intensity!!! I had to go slower than the prescribed speeds!!! But, i felt it!! I’m hoping to be up to the prescribed speeds soon!! I’m assuming it’s ok to adjust if needed. At 52 and not having done much cardio, i was afraid of getting hurt. ❤️💪🏼 I feel great overall tho!!! I’m so glad i signed up!!!!

I doubled the ingredients. Used the 4×6 baking Pyrex. This would be 4 servings, right? I can just cut it up into 4 pieces, right? 👍🏼 Thank you.

My biggest goal for this challenge was to really develope some new habits that would make me successful. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about growing muscles! But i realize that I’ve been inconsistent with my diet. Mostly because i don’t meal prep or overly or consistently! Meal prep is a huge hurdle for me. Two weeks in and I’ve added several new meal options that i haven’t had before! Marking the meals had many lessons wrapped up in them. I lost some of my food due to mistakes in prep and a few from not eating them in a timely manner (without proper refrigeration, i didn’t trust to eat it)? but overall, i can honestly say that I’ve made progress toward the goal of getting better at meal prepping!! This will reflect in my physique. How can it not, right!?? The training has been fun also. I didn’t realize how bored i was with what i had been doing for 11 months! Gotta spice it up!! ????

What!? Chicken doesn’t have to be dry?!? inconceivable!?. I will test these theories myself. I do not have high hopes that these statements are not just mythical stories made up by people with fantastic imaginary skills and can bring moistness to their taste buds via overactive brainwaves!

    ???????????????

Just kidding! I can’t wait to try the air fryer! Crockpot has worked well for me also!! I really love the sharing of tips! Thank you!!

I’m finding that if i watch the training videos for each exercise BEFORE going to the gym for that training session, i won’t waste time wondering wat grip to use or what exactly is a high cable pull down etc. i have found that some exercises were not what i thought they were and i wasted my time. I should have been better prepared! I don’t want others to make the same mistake!! Have fun and Muscle up!!!??

Now that I’m on the 6th day, i see that the B.B. Row is 4×8-10 4,2

I originally was confused because i read it as 4×8 10/4/2 and i didn’t know what to do with the 10. ?. I wanted to clarify this in case anyone else has a weird brain like mine!! ?

I think the meal plans are all the same calories. The options are for your choice of meal. Right? Meal 1 has three options. Meal 2 has three options etc.

Or am i wrong? It sounds like some of you are choosing ALL option 1 meals and are coming up with lower total calories…… ?

Shoot. I will go back and look at the plan. I need to print it out. Looking at it from my phone isn’t absorbing into my brain.

Ha, i asked also, in a diff thread, Naomi said you need to figure out the macros and suggested we pick in if the other meal options if bison isn’t gonna work. i did a quick comparison of beef and fish……I didn’t find anything to really match it. I’m going for the bison or one of the other meals. ? I need to keep things simple.

Ok. I think i will stick with the bison. I tried calculating several substitutes. Nope. Nothing compares.
