    Hi there. I made mine Monday and divided it by 4. Today I noticed it was a bit watery on the bottom of the dish and the avocado did turn. I ate one portion today, but I don’t think I’ll eat it tomorrow.

    Hi there! Do you work 5 night work week or less? I work 3 on 3 off nights from 5:30-5:30.
    I figured that in 3 nights I should have a total of 15 meals – spread them out through your shifts and of course have to post w/o meal after workout 🙂

    Thank you. I’m not really asking for adding additional food, but with my sleep pattern I was thinking it through like this….
    we get 16 meals in a 4 day period. On day 1 of my night shift I would eat meal 1 and possibly post work out meal before my morning bedtime. Meal 2 would be around 6:00 pm, Meal 3 around 9:00 pm and Meal 4 around midnight. then Meal ** again at 0300 am. Bed by 0700 am ending day 1 (5 meals and post workout)

    Day 2 I would wake around 2:30, workout and have my post workout before work. Meal 1 would start about 6:00 pm, meal 2 at 9:00, meal 3 at midnight and meal 4 around 0300 am. Bed around 0700 am ending day 2 (4 meals and post workout)

    day 3 is a complete repeat of day 2 (4 meals and post workout)
    Day 4 is tricky… I would wake around 1200pm – if I feel up to it I will work out, if not then start right away with meal 1 probably around 1:00pm. Meal 2 around 4:00 and Meal 3 around 7:00 pm – then I go to bed on a normal schedule missing meal 4. (3 meals) so overall I have the same amount of meals because of my sleep pattern. What do you think?

    Yes, I have been working like this for about 6 years now. Used to it to a point, if you know what I mean….
    I thought about that too, but even if I work out early or later, I still would have had the Meal 1 and post work out meal before work, that leaves me from around midnight to morn with no food. I don’t think water will be enough 🙂 Maybe just a protein scoop? or 1/2 cup oatmeal?

    Oh, and to answer your question, I cut the chicken into large strips.

    I actually baked the chicken separate from the veggies on my second round of this. It worked well and measured out 4oz of chicken for my servings. The veggies are about 5oz divided.

    I know this may sound strange, but i switched to drinking black coffee a long time ago. The only way I drink it though is to chew a piece of Extra Peppermint gum at the same time. Trust me, it helps!

    He’ll be on Plan 1 – he’s 5’10 1/2, but he’s not used to eating that much as it is, so i’m easing him into this.
