Maureen, I have the same question. However, I haven’t figured out the My Fitness Pal app so I’m just following Meal Plan #2 to the letter. How many egg whites would replace the lean protein?
I’m an ovo-vegetarian so the eggs aren’t a problem, but no whey protein, cheese, or yogurt. I’m not sure how coconut yogurt compares protein-wise. Maybe nutritional yeast in place of Parmesan cheese?
