    Hey @Naomi, following your answer regarding the cardio first in the morning and the weights workout in the evening, if I try that, do I need to have the first meal and do the cardio 3 hours later? What would do you recommend?

    Hi @moniho, I tried to find an answer to my question before posting it on Nutrition Forum, but I couldn’t find anything related to this question.
    In the Nutrition Plan, can I get 4 meals instead of 5 at the end of the day? Is that ok if I met all my macros or do I need to stick to the plan?

    hey @Naomi, why the cardio is best before the weight lifting? I usually do weight lifting first in the afternoon and cardio right after.

    Hi Alison,

    I had posted my questions below on the general forum. Sorry. I think here would be better. I will try to delete them there.

    I have some questions about nutrition.

    I’m 53 female, 5’7”, 158 lbs. I’m in the Women’s Meal Plan 3 category. Is it possible to know how much exactly would be my macros?

    What is the acceptable macros goal ratio?

    How much would be my macros for non-workout days? I know the protein and fat usually are the same, but the carbs should be lower, right? So, how much lower?
