    Where do you find a true lemon packet? I need to try this cause I can hardly stomach plain Greek yogurt lol

    On the quinoa muffins…. is the serving size 1 muffin for a meal with your protein drink?

    I was wondering if I just wanted to eat the same option example the cod option for all 4 of my meals would that be fine and the next day choose a different option and do it for all 4 meals, would I still be getting everythng I need. I just wasn’t sure if you needed to follow the meals in order every time with one of the options. Thanks!

    Hey Donna I frozen mine and got them out this morning and let them set out and they tasted just as good as the day I made them! Love them ?

    Right with ya ladies! Hoping my body adjusts soon! Feel like I can’t breath constantly because I am so full but if this is what it takes for great results ladies…..then let’s do this!!

    So you can put any protein and carb together that is on the meal list? They do not have to be grouped in the same option correct?
