I usually love the treats for the recipes but this time it includes Nicolle’s protein powder. I do t have that. Is there something I can use in place of it?
Just wondering if I’m doing meal plan1 phase 2 I want to swap out 3 oz potatoes for white rice is it half of the serving in the food exchange so 50 grams ?
I’m usually up by 5 AM when 3 pm comes around I like to have a small snack if not I’ll get a headache. Is there anything at all I could eat before supper that won’t ruin my meal plan?
