    I just ordered a weeks worth. I loved the custom meal that I could put in exactly the ounces I need for protein, carb and veg!

    So does MegaFit Meals are they already cooked? And they don’t have anything in them that we can’t have correct? I seen where you can create your own macros and food which I thought was good. Is the food good? TIA

    I typically use frozen fruit and found that if I unthawed the fruit first it didn’t make such a huge shake.

    I want to confirm that correct weight training for Phase 1 – We are just doing the sets as indicated and reps per week correct? Or are suppose to be dropsetting/pyramid style with increasing weight dropping reps? Just want to do it correctly. Thanks!

    I don’t show any vegetable servings listed except Option 2 that is 1/2 V is that correct?
