    Amanda, hey! Thanks for the support and information. I’d like to continue discussion if you will… Does your body require carbs and proteins after weight training as they do with cardio? You mentioned that with weight training you have a 2 hour window as opposed to 30min. I always thought it was 30-60 period so I usually have protein shake directly after wo. Would if be better to wait longer ? Closer to 2 hour or stick with immediately following wo? I also gave wrong info. There is only 5 meals. I was including shake and apple.
    It’s meal 4 that happens to fall around 4ish and I’m missing it everyday from not being hungry and getting off work at that time. Didn’t know if I eat less calories by not taking in that meal or by not finishing every meal, am I hindering my overall outcome in the end?
    Speaking of being full whether at breakfast or meal 4, yesterday I decided to cut all portions in half and see if I could then eat every meal every 3+ hours. I had 10g pats and 2 egg whites and opposed to menu and 1.5 oz chicken and 50g of brown rice as opposed to menu. I’m content but is that calorie deficit not okay? That make sense?

    I took L-carnitine this am before fasted cardio and I also took half a scoop of attack. That sound good to you? I was concerned with the sweeteners in them for fasted cardio? Wanted your thoughts. I also have mct oil. Should I avoid that during this challenge or incorporate but account for the added calories? Thank you Crystal

    This is my first post on forum. Hope I’m doing it right.
    My question is this.. I am having a hard time getting meal 5 in all together.
    Every day so far I have not been hungry at all when it is time for that meal.
    How critical is it that i eat that meal if I am full. I understand carb placement so
    I never moved it around to a different time of day. I just went on to meal 6 each day.

    Another question. I find that I’m full from 20G oats with 1oz raisins and cinnamon at meal 1 and so I have been waiting another hour before eating egg whites with spinach after i get to work and get settled. Is that wrong and why?
