Yepp it’s one.
But I think the macros are way off with 1/2 serving of the romaine taco because a full serving is 389 so half is like 195. Even in the meal plan 1 for women (which is lower overall) almond cheese is added to the 1/2 serving of taco so i don’t understand why it’s half a serving for women’s meal plan 2 but I will just go with what is written…
Thank you, Nicole. My heart rate goes up really fast but it also goes down really fast. It definitely feels like a 10 when I go near 200 but I feel ok as far as not being dizzy and all that. I will just continue going with how I feel. Thanks
