    I have found that the NW protein works the best, no need to add water. Today I used isopure and had to add a lot of water… and the consistency was not nearly as good as the NW one.

    On that note, does anyone know if we can use the discount code more than once? I need to order more ASAP but tried (even to copy and paste the code) but it didn’t work. Both my boyfriend and myself are doing the challenge and have gone through protein like nobody’s business.

    If you go back to the back of the book and find the Food Exchange List- it will list out what “1 serving” of all of the foods listed consists of. So- for shrimp, 6oz will equal one serving of LP, but other options of one serving of LP are for example: 4oz cod, 6 egg whites, 225g NF cottage cheese. So if you’re wanting to plan for your Meal 2 option but don’t want the protein that is suggested you can swap- she basically wants you to have: (option 1) 1-1/2 LP, 1-1/2 F, 1 SC, OR (option 2) 1 LP, 1-1/4 SC, 1-1/2 F. This just gets the macros in line with what she wants.
