    Due to my schedule and 5 kids; I do cardio after work at home and I go to gym and lift at the end of my day before I go to bed, after all the kids are asleep and my oldest is there with them after her evening shift. I work 8-4 so I have my breakfast at about 8:30. If I start to space out my 5 meals every 3 hours from then I will not have a pre-workout meal. My meals would run as follows: #1 @ 8:30, #2 @ 11:30, #3 @ 2:30, #4 @ 5:30 (should I do cardio before or after this meal?), #5 @ 8:30, and Post workout meal will follow lifting. Should I make any adjustment to the meal schedule?
