    Hi There!
    So in Training Phase 2 – Day 2- Pull – does not list the straight arm cable pulldowns and alt db bicep curls that’s listed on the video workout list. Should I include it in my workout or not?

    Hi Nicole,
    I just started working with a new trainer, she provided me with possible supplement list to take. One she listed was DHEA. I’m leery with taking this one. Can you please, honestly, share your thoughts on this supplement. I appreciate it!

    Hi Nicole ,
    I train 6 days a week at 5am. I still struggle on what to eat before my training since it’s so early! I usually do weights first or crossfit then cardio after. I always have my bcaa before. Lately I’ve been having 1 or 2 clementines before my training, hoping the carbs and sugar would give me a boost. I’m done training by 7am. I have a protein shake immediately after. Then after I get home and shower I will have my breakfast….either oatmeal with 1/2 scoop whey mixed in and fresh strawberrys or egg whites with veggies.
    I was thinking About spliting my serving of oatmeal I eat after training- and eat half before – so I dont eat more -just timing it better. Idk… Any advice would be awesome! Thanks! Dani
