    Nicole,

    I am considering competing in figure next spring. I build muscle very easily and have thick legs and a prominent booty naturally. I am quad dominant and they tend to take over on many of the common leg exercises. My question is whether it is possible to create the desired figure lower body using high resistance cardio, such as incline treadmill, stairs, bike climbs and arc machines, if you are naturally muscular?
