    Hi Nicole! I want to start by saying how much I admire what you do and how dedicated you are to your fans and this website. My question is regarding motivation. Three years ago I was in the best shape of my life. I was happy with how I looked for the first time in my life. I loved going to the gym and weight training. It didn’t last very long though. Not even a year. My workouts slowly started suffering and I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. Three months later my husband was diagnosed with cancer (he’s good now). Needless to say fitness was the last thing on my mind. In these three years I have gained 50 pounds. I want to get back in shape but am lacking motivation. I’m constantly exhausted even though I sleep a lot. I have hired a trainer but am still struggling to get through the workouts. I’m not enjoying it at all like I used to. How do I get back to where I was?!
