    hi there, Im 5’6 and following meal plan 2. i have not lost an ounce since the start and following the workouts and meals perfectly. Im weighing all my food and also tracking my foods. I want to move down to meal plan 1 because 1665 calories, i feel it keeping me fat.

    Please help, im totally discouraged and feel Im wasting time to lose weight in time for bikini season

    What’s a swap for ghee butter? Cant find it anywhere. Can I use coconut oil, regular butter, oil?

    I saw that as well. I have no idea how you do lateral raises with a barbell. Looking for an answer as well.
