I got canned garbanzo beans and rinsed it well and patted them dry really well. And whatever white casing was coming off I removed but I didn’t remove each and every one of them.
I did this exercise today but I wasn’t feeling my triceps engaged (w didn’t have a smiths machine at our apartmanet gym) with dumbbells, so I did military push ups instead and I was able to engage my triceps.
Is that okei? And if not do you any tips on doing close grip bench press with dumbbells. Ty
