My bars stayed intact. I really pressed them down with the back of a large spoon before freezing. Used almond butter. Froze for 1.5 hours. I cut them gently and they worked well.

I believe Lexapro is weight-neutral. I know of people when have lost weight while on it. Best wishes!

I always retain water weight when beginning or intensifying a weigh lifting routine. I would eat all meals to fuel the workouts. Or, up the calories In the three meals you eat so you hit macros for day. I have lots to lose, too and understand how frustrating it can be. Keep going! Doing awesome!! This is my 4th challenge with Nicole and if I stick with it, I always see great results in the end.

I’m not totally sure, but I Plan to have the shake and cake. (Cake… 🙂 I think the shake and rice cake are omitted only on rest days (?) Lots like muscles are pretty engaged in cardio excel workout, so I plan to eat the post workout snack.

I had to replace the Arnold press with a different exercise as it seemed to bother my rotator cuff. The bench bothers my shoulder a bit too, so I lessened the weight, I tuck my elbows in a little and I don’t come all the way down to my chest (I read about this adjustment and it helped).

My blood pressure runs a little low. I had the same experience a few months ago (lightheaded when working out intensely) and was advised to stay well hydrated and to drink caffeine if I typically do. Dr said that those with lower BP are more sensitive to dehydration. And, if body is used to coffee in am, but you don’t drink it one day and go workout, you may feel lightheaded. I had a vitamin d deficiency, also discovered when I was lightheaded from working out. Since supplementing with D3, I feel much less dizzy etc. just in case any of this is helpful. 🙂

Good question! Following to find out any tips. I bought a big piece of Mahi Mahi today and was wondering the same.

Thank you, Naomi!!! That is super helpful. I am sore today (had to rest on day 3, so did legs yesterday), so my muscles were more challenged/engaged than it might have felt at the time. I am pushing myself harder than ever before. All good things are happening! 🙂 I really appreciate your time.

I get ten noodles for 50 grams. It was eye-opening to weigh it!

Katy, she talks about the calories in spray butter on her video related to condiments. Something like 900 Calories in each bottle — though it says 0 calories per serving! And people tend to overuse (pouring in their food). If you search for it in the search box, you’ll find the video. I think this is what poster is referring to?
