    Hi nicole. I’m your typical ectomorph I’m having trouble building my side delts. I want a nice full round cap to my delts however naturally my side delt muscle seems to be long & stringy. Can I thicken it up more & get that full roundness to them. I am 49 5’6 139lbs just going into menopause. Will that hinder my results? Thank you. Denise

    Thank you so much James. I have a rotator cuff injury. Waiting weeks to be seen by my doctor. Yes much pain only in pressing movements. Many have suggested to forget the pressing movements at my gym & just focus on my lateral raises, front raises & rear delts. A trainer also suggested I up my wide stance push ups for shoulder mass as well.
