Hey there- I can see how I might be read that way ?The only superset is the first two exercises: Adductor/Abductor. The rest of the exercises are just straight sets of that exercise as indicated in the workout (6 sets of squats, etc).

I MEAN NONE OF US ARE LIFTING THE SAME EXACT WAY, THE SAME EXACT WEIGHTS, RUNNING THE SAME EXACT SPEED ON INTERVALS AND EATING THE SAME EXACT FOODS. WHY BECAUSE WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT, WE MAY NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE SAME THINGS, WE MAY BE TRAINING FOR SOMTHING ELSE, WE MAY LOVE CARDIO, WE MAY SIT AT A DESK ALL DAY AND THE ONLY MENTAL BREAK IS A BRISK WALK OR A 15 MIN SPRINT, WE MAY OF SIGNED UP FOR THIS CHALLENGE CAUSE WE NEEDED ACCOUNTABILITY, SOME MAY OF BEEN DOING ALL THE CARDIO BEFORE AND NOW IT IS PART OF THEIR DAILY ROUTIN. WHO KNOWS. MY BEST ADVICE IS STAY IN YOUR LANE. FOCUS ON YOU AND YOUR GOALS. CHEER ON YOUR FELLOW CHALLENEGERS AND CONTINUE TO CHEER THEM ON AFTER 60 DAYS INTO THE NEXT PHASE. WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT EVERYONES EVERYDAY IS ALL ABOUT AND THE BEST WE CAN DO IS DO THIS FOR OURSELVES. LET’S KICKASS IN THIS NEXT PHASE! LOVING ALL THE POSTS I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING ON IG. FROM THE ATHLETE THATS IN THIS CHALLANGE TO TRY SOMETHING NEW TO THE PERSON THAT JUST DECIDED THEY NEED THIS TO GET HEALTHY, IT’S AWESOME TO SEE.

ParticipantYou could always go. See how you feel. If you get there and get moving and feel great keep going. If you still feel blah. Go home. If your body is really sore. Stay on plan with food but rest. Listen to your body. If it’s nice out you could go for a stroll (see if a friend will go with you or just go with your thoughts) or just go take an Epsom salt bath. Rest up and hit it tomorrow.

ParticipantGreat question – I was just thinking about that this morning. Putting a plan in place to get to my goal then reverse dieting back up on calories to maintain, but would love to hear Nicole and Naomi’s thoughts here. Maybe a challenge part 3 🙂
