Do you have bands you could travel
    With?

Maybe just do different tricep movements. Like the kickback or single arm skull crushers if you have Dumbbells.

I WANTED TO ADD. I HAVE STRETCHMARKS ALL OVER MY STOMACH. 2 KIDS AND GAINING 60# OR MORE EACH PREGNANCY WILL DO THAT. ALTHOUGH MY SISTER HAD NO STRETCHMARKS. I STILL HAVE SOME LOOSE SKIN. EVEN AT MY LEANEST ON STAGE A FEW YEARS AGO I WAS AT 7% BODYFAT AND VERY SELF CONSIOUS OF MY TUMMY AND THE SKIN STILL WRINKLED UP THERE. IT WASN’T AS BAD AS IT WAS BUT IT WILL NOT COMPLETELY GO AWAY WITH OUT SURGERY. I AM NOT SURE YOU WILL EVER LOVE IT COMPLETEY BUT I CAN TELL YOU OVER TIME YOU WILL CARE LESS. AT LEAST I HOPE SO. I HAVE LEARNED IT IS JUST A PART OF ME NOW. I HAVE A 20 YEAR OLD AND A 7 YEAR OLD AND JUST SEEING WHAT AMAZING BOYS/MEN THEY ARE BECOMING HELPS. I LOOK AT MY TUMMY AS MY SINGLE MOMMA BATTLESCARS. OF COURESE EVERY BODY IS DIFFERENT SOME PEOPLE WILL TIGHTEN UP BETTER THAN OTHERS IN THAT AREA.

This it what it says for BCAA where the recommended supps are listed

Take It This Way 5-10g, up to three times a day. The most important time for me is during my workout.

I take it during my work out and later in the day when I just need some flavor to my water.

I’m near the Raleigh area. Seems there are a few North Carolinians in the challenge. 😉

I just got over the flu too. Felt awful for 9 days. Rest. Fluids. Rest. Fluids Rest. I ended up getting a zpack to help with the congestion. Feeling better now but last week I was a zombie and couldn’t function. So much sick going around. A few cases of whooping cough had popped up
Near me too. I may walk around with Lysol and hand sanitizers for the next 58 days.

I just made them. Make sure you are really mixing it together well. So there is no more powder consistency. I added a splash more cashew milk and they came out great. I didn’t use NW’s protein with but I’m going to order it soon to try.

For me it was my way to deal with my divorce. I started with running and crossfit 7 years ago before that I wasn’t very athletic at all. I was bulimic and very low self esteem. I did a figure comp in 2016 and after that I kinda fell apart and went back to old ways with binging. My body fell apart too. Long story short I’m finally felling like me again and so ready for this challenge. There’s so much more to this story but I’ll spare writing the book right now. 😉 working out is my happy place. I’m excited to see all the transformations over the next 60 days!!!

    Hey all

My name is Dianne. I live in NC. Single working mom. I competed in 2016 for a figure comp and haven’t been the same since. lots of lessons learned and weight gain. Excited on a fresh new start and taking on a new challenge.

    Good Luck to all
