ParticipantWhat is the best substitution for cream of rice for the post workout meal? Oatmeal? Rice cakes?

ParticipantYes i made sure the rice is cooked, but stil it is 40g of carbs for 3/4 cup of white rice. I guess i will do 1/2 cup from tomorrow. My fat macros also don’t match… which leaves me with 1oz of avocado instead of 2.

ParticipantHey all,
I have the same issue! My carbs are way over the limit and I have to skip the last meal in order to stay in the calories range. I do however include all the supplements I take in my net diary.Dilyana
ParticipantGood question Jessica. My heart rate goes of the charts on the hiit. Do we need to keep it between 140 and 150 or is it ok if we go higher?

ParticipantKim,
Hahaha I thought it’s a sort of zucchini like the spaghetti squash lol. Thank you!Dilyana
ParticipantI have hard time finding the zucchini noodles. What would be a good substitution?

ParticipantHi Maureen,
I had trouble going through my leg day. I assume I have muscle fatigue and it was really painful doing lunges and bulgarian squats. I wasn’t able to lunge even with body weight, it felt like my hamstrings were about to tear off. Instead I did light weight one legged press(Hope this is a good substitution). My question is if i did not burn nearly as much calories as I would if squat heavy, should i still cover the daily macros and calories or should i go easy on the food? Also, (most days) i fulfill my macros with the last meal being pasta with turkey, and I eat it right before bed. Is that ok?
Oh, And I can’t figure out how to start a thread 🙂Thanks in advance

ParticipantHi,
Is it ok if I do the same cardio exercise twice a week instead of doing three different?

ParticipantHi,
I am doing women’s meal plan 3. Meal 3 calls for 1cup of rice but in parentheses says 200g. Same with the green beans 1cup (125g). Are the number in the paretheses the macro numbers? Thanks
