As an ex Crossfitter, my opinion, it would be literally impossible to try to make your WOD match the workouts. You will have to choose one 🙁

You would need an American address to win those prizes correct? And we need to make our profile public?

From 2013-2016 I was in the best shape of my life and I did a few CrossFit competitions. Life took over, we had a few tragedies and I have been in denial for the last year and a half. I too, hide when I go out for fear that someone will see what I’ve done to myself. All day today, I was disgusted that I even sent my pics in. This is the first time that I REALLY saw how much I have gained and what I’ve done to myself. The pics don’t motivate me, they can actually make me want to quit and go back deep in the depression that I’m finally getting out of.
BUT…. I can’t keep dwelling on it, it is what it is. Yes, I’ve gained 50 pounds and yes, the reality is that I’m starting over. SOOOO, you’re not alone F our before pics because we will rock the after pics!! We got this, no matter how far we have to go, at least we are going. 🙂 DeAnne

Awesome. My other question was, like today for example, I ate my apple a good hour away from the rest of that meal. At work I basically graze because I can’t take the time to sit and eat the whole thing. Is splitting the items up like that a big deal as long as I get everything in? Or is it designed to eat the certain food groups together

If my days off are going to be different from Saturday/Sunday, should the days I choose still be 2 back to back or for example, can I have Wednesday/Friday off?
