Don’t be intimidated! You cannot increase your weight without help on certain exercises, bench being one of them, back squat being the other.notce at the gym, the guys grunting have other guys assisting them as they lift heavy.Trust me, people are more than willing to help, men and women. You will stay stuck at the same weight if you don’t challenge yourself and ask for help (personal lesson learned). Just make sure you ask someone who can handle the weight ;))

ParticipantStyrofoam banana bread! I used iso 100 protein and mine have a styrofoam texture. Taste is fine, but reminds me of egg white pancakes..total fail!

I get the overall concept, but am confused about reps/sets. Do I do 3 regular sets, say 6-10, then the 4th is when I shoot for another 10, but rest between reps? I suppose I’ll youtube til I get it, I have to see an entire exercise, visualdj10223
