    I believe it’s 5 secs rest not 35. I set mine up as follows 12 rounds (12 moves) 30 sec work 5 sec rest ( to pick up DB ETC). Then 5 sets (ie the 5 different rounds) with 1 minute rest between sets. Came out to 38:35 for total time. Hope that helps!
