    Nicole recommends that you go by height to choose your meal plan even if it does not coincidence with the weight.

    I am trying to figure out a schedule for the meals. If I workout at 4 am, post workout is easy to figure out but what is the schedule for the rest? My brain works with breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner, but the none of the meals look like a “snack”. This is WAY more food than I ever eat, so I want to set myself up to succeed with that much food. Do you have an example on eating times as meals and a snack?

    I signed up and life got in the way. I had multiple family trips planned. I want to start on my own now that things slowed down. I printed the e-book and will need the videos on things I am unsure of to do. Wish me luck.
