I am trying to figure out a schedule for the meals. If I workout at 4 am, post workout is easy to figure out but what is the schedule for the rest? My brain works with breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner, but the none of the meals look like a “snack”. This is WAY more food than I ever eat, so I want to set myself up to succeed with that much food. Do you have an example on eating times as meals and a snack?
