ParticipantI have asked this during previous challenges and been told that every meal with the exception of the post workout meal is interchangeable. I have to break meals into smaller portions and find that sometimes I’ll steal a category from one meal to fill a different meal while staying within my total target for the day.

ParticipantI found a way to use my vanilla npower protein with a banana as 1/2 FR and berries as 1/2 FR. This can be used on a low carb day for the post workout option 1 or on high carb day meal 2 option 1. I’m on the women’s under 5’4″ plan so depending on your plan, you may be able to add more fruit.

ParticipantKathy, I’m on meal plan 1 under 5’4″ and 130lbs. I’ve spent some time working on a how to eat today. I’m just grateful that I have learned how to plan so diligently. My only worry is that I’m relying heavily on protein shakes to allow me to eat full meals. I’ll see how today goes. I’ve attached my daily food plan for reference.
