Hey Crystal, I personally eat the Oat Bran by itself with the blueberries/chia/peanut butter powder. I prepare the tofu with the nutritional yeast, which give it a nutty taste. I normally split this meal in two because I workout in the morning, so I eat half of it before my workout, then eat my post work out and will eat the other half before lunch as a snack (normally eat the oat bran preparation before workout, tofu as a mid-morning snack). Hope this help 😉

Thank you for your answer. When you say using pulley, you mean doing a low cable press? Can you explain a little bit, I’m not sure what exercise you are referring to. Thanks!

Hey there, try some Lewis Howes Podcast. Also, I’ve been reading “Start with Why” from Simon Sinek. Very very interesting 😉 Oh and I also really liked a podcast take over on Tim Ferris Show, by Jocko Willink if you are looking for something more workout/lifestyle oriented. It’s called “Discipline Equals Freedom”.

    Hope it helps,

    Hey girls,
I feel a little the same and it feels awesome!! I tend to say this is my body saying “Thank you”! 😉

If you want my best tricks for muscle soreness, here they are:

    1) WATER, WATER, WATER! Hydrating will help reduce the soreness
    2) Epsom Salt bath – Does miracles!

EXTRA: If you have access to a jacuzzi, or sauna at your gym, try a little sauna session (10-15 min) followed by a cold shower. Shocks the body and help recovery… and again, drink water! 🙂

Hope this helps and keep on pushing girl!! Let me know if it helped;)

    Hi,

I kinda have the same question as @brendaswart1. I have been following a diet at around 1700 cal, with a very low carb intake (~85g/day)and my bf is between 19-20%, working our 4-5 times/week. Jumping up my Carbs intake may result in a bit of fat gain, but I am guessing that it should adjust after 1-2 weeks or should I go with a Lower menu, even though I fall in the 2nd group of menu (i’m 5’5)?

Thanks for your input on this
