Yes, that I know but we are supposed to take it twice a day, with the shake and before bedtime and for me the shake is before bedtime, so when should I have the other intake? For lunch maybe?
I am following the 3 hour rule and not only I am not hungry, I am having a hard time eating so much food. It is only day two and I feel the intake of food is too high. I am not use to it and starting to feel a little disgusted about having to eat another meal again. I am 5’7″ so I am in Meal plan 3. I was wondering if I can skip one meal until my body adjusts and work my way up to the 5th meal within this first week.
