    I like oven baking it in aluminium foil: spray the foil with olive oil, place halibut. sprinkle with salt, pepper, add a drop of lemon juice or a thin wedge of lemon on top. Some rosemary is good too. Now you can wrap the aluminum foil loosely and make it bake in the oven (~12 minutes at 380F) for soft baked taxture or spray with some more olive oil and place it under the broiler unwrapped (~ 7-10 minutes) for more of a grilled texture

    I double-grind my ground turkey with onion and garlic (1/2 large onion and 1 clove garlic per lb turkey), then add finely ground black and white pepper, salt. Then I whip up 1/2 cup egg whites and gently fold whipped egg whites into the seasoned turkey grind. Whipped egg whites and onion add moisture and flavor to lean turkey grind, without adding any fat. You can then pan fry this mix, or make turkey burger patties.

    Thank you! I will work on balancing my carbs to make up for fats
