ParticipantThanks for everyone’s replies. I guess my post was confusing. I had made the “updated” recipe with the 3 c. of egg whites, then immediately saw the more updated recipe for just 3 egg whites. Thanks all!

ParticipantYes! I agree with those of you who said it was liquid with the updated 3 cups of egg whites. I had just made the recipe again, with 3 cups of egg whites, as that is what the email said. Very liquidy and more like a scramble, but still delicious. I came on to see if anyone was having the same issue. Third time will be a charm with this recipe 🙂 It is yummy, so I’m excited to try it again.

ParticipantI was just going to ask the same thing! My turkey bacon only has 2g protein per slice….Butterball low sodium is the brand. Will have to check my other stores for higher protein ones.

ParticipantI was wondering this also. I’ve been choosing option 1 for some meals and option 2 for others. I think the macros are pretty similar but would love to know for sure.

ParticipantI used my 1.5” cookie scoop, and ended up with 20, so having 2 per serving also. Glad to know you’re doing the same!
