    I use Woman’s meal plan no. 2. How many calories should I eat on my “day off days” where I don’t do weights or cardio at all? Also 2000 kcal??

    Hi Nicole,
    I have 4 questions:
    1. How do you feel this year starting with your Olympia prep compared to last year when you started ? Any differences ?

    2. My heal is bothering me for more than a year due to overtraining ! I went to a chiropractor and got some exercises to strength my Achilles ! I did as he said for more than 8 months but it didn’t get better ! Now I’m not sure what to do or which therapy could help! I love running like you do but for now I’m not able to run 50 meters without having pain on my heal! Could you tell us more about your heel injury ? How did it start, what did you do for healing and what kind of therapy did you do ? What do you recommend for people with the same injury?

    3. Would you recommend that big red book behind you in your shelf for Personal Trainers ?

    4. I’ve learned from you how important stretching is for the body ! I do your leg and back stretching routine every single time after my workout and cardio since I have that heal issue! Could you also show us your routine on stretching other body parts like shoulders, chest, biceps and triceps in a new video ? That would be very helpful for me:-)

    Hei Nicole,

    I finally decided to make my hobby to my job and do my personal trainer license next year in summer. I’m so happy about that and really looking forward. I’m a little bit nervous about having my first real client and things that could go wrong because i will be nervous and so on and I’m not sure how to deal with these thoughts.
    I know I will learn all that in my PT course next year but I still think it will be completely different when I have my first client. Could you explain how it was for you having your first client and how it went and if you were nervous or something went wrong ! Some advice how to not ruin it ?

    Dear Nicole,
    Could you tell us about your trip to Finland in your next vlog? Is there any possibility that you come to Norway to do such seminar you did in Finland ?

    Your red dress in Finland was sooooo beautiful 🙂 hope you had a great time in Scandinavia;-)
