    so the Cauliflower soup… 1/2 c cheddar. this is divided amongst the 6 servings? each serving having 4.6g of cheese.
    Just checking… first day I put in 28 g of cheese…suspiciously delish…

    If I do CrossFit morning, and nw programming (Sumer shred) evening. when should I have protein shake? Or half and half?
