ParticipantThanks. I was only asking if I did decide to swap something for the cereal. I’ll eat it dry. It is fine with me 🙂

ParticipantThis is my personal schedule – I wake up at 4am to get ready for work, eat meal one about 5am, eat meal 2 about 9-930am, meal 3 (lunch) at 12:30pm. When I get home from work at 4pm, I eat meal 4, wait an hour, work out/cardio after and then meal 5 after that. I basically have them spaced out 3-4 hours apart. This works for me. I am an office manager so I can eat at my desk. Then it is off to bed around 8:30-9pm! Hope this may help someone 🙂

ParticipantOk. Thank u. Option 2 is not an option either. I won’t touch cheese with a 20 foot pole :). Can I then eat a meal twice a day? For example, meal 3 twice?

ParticipantCan I use peanut butter, almond butter in place of the seeds? They make me nervous. I know, sounds silly. Thank you

ParticipantThis is a very hard one for me. I have one of my barbells that I am holding on to help. I am trying not to push too hard on the barbell to life myself up.

ParticipantI just seen the new schedule and I am very sorry to say that I have to pass. The prices have been raised, a lot. Sad 🙁

ParticipantHello. I really want to do your Classic show in July of 2018, in Michigan. My question to you is, in your opinion, I just acquired a second job. There are times that I will have 4 days to work out and maybe only 3 days during the week. If I continue to lift heavy, eat the proper foods, do you feel that I may make it? It’s basically a little less than a year and I believe that I can get there. Your thoughts? 🙂

ParticipantHello Nicole!
I was wondering if you are going to come out with hoodies, sweatshirts, hats in the future?
Thank you! 🙂Michelle Schabel
ParticipantYes I did, but for example, can I have a higher fat protein for meal 5 instead of pancakes or for meal 4 instead of the spags? If not, I will stick to the plan as it has been laid out 🙂

ParticipantI am not good at figuring that stuff out. Do you think that My Fitness Pal will help with that?
Michelle Schabel
ParticipantSo does that mean using 8oz of chicken, for example, in place of yogurt?
Michelle Schabel
ParticipantNo problem. We know you’re really busy 🙂
Have a great day!!Michelle Schabel
ParticipantCan you please tell me if meal plans will be changing week to week? Thank you 🙂

ParticipantDay 1 today! It has just gotten really real for me 😀 Good luck to everyone.

ParticipantThank you for answering the same question about strength training, then cardio, then post workout. Cardio after strength training is the only time I can do it during the week. Thanks again. Have a good day

ParticipantMeal prep is hard especially when I don’t know what I’m doing. Lol. Sure am trying my best here. 🙂

ParticipantMy question is about the scale. I have heard that you should not really depend on the numbers from the scale, but, I have also heard that you should weigh yourself in the morning after going to the bathroom as this is your true weight. In your opinion, is this true?

ParticipantHello Nicole. Have you heard anything about the Olympia possibly ever being televised? It would be awesome to be able to watch 🙂

ParticipantI would like know what your opinion is for the amount of set/reps to do. I am looking to build muscle and have heard that if you do lower reps, I.E., 6-8 reps for 3 sets, this is to help build muscle. If you do 12-15 reps/3 sets, this is for toning. I notice that you do 3 sets/15 reps. I would like to hear your opinion about this. Thank You. Michelle

ParticipantHello Nicole. I am curious to know when “off season” becomes “on season. How many weeks out from a show is usually the on season, if this makes any sense 🙂
