    Hi, Nicole – Happy Holidays!
    What do you normally eat for a pre-workout meal? Any good suggestions? I typically eat oatmeal or rice cakes for a quick meal but I’m pretty burnt out on that and looking for some new ideas…

    Hi, Nicole –

    This is hopefully an easy question…about tilapia 🙂 I read articles and see posts by other fitness professionals about tilapia and how it’s not a good source of protein because of the way that it’s raised (farm raised vs. wild caught). I know that you like tilapia and buy it in bulk (per previous videos) and eat it regularly. I still eat it and haven’t really cut back on it because I like it and it’s easy…but wondering your thoughts on the negative info on it in general.

    Hi, Nicole –
    I’ve heard several individuals suggest wearing flatter shoes for doing legs; do you have specific shoes that you wear on leg day? If so, what do you suggest?
